Is the PDF text selectable?
This tool produces a visual PDF: a faithful picture of the rendered page, which is what most people need for archiving receipts, invoices and articles. If you need selectable text afterwards, run the result through our OCR PDF tool.
What about external images and stylesheets?
Everything embedded in the file (inline CSS, data-URI images) renders perfectly. Resources that live on remote servers are not fetched — that would leak your document to those servers, which is against the whole point of this site.
Can a malicious HTML file do anything bad?
No. The file renders in a sandboxed frame with JavaScript disabled, and the page never leaves your device.
Is it really free?
